Mara Global Foods business is based around product traceability and integrity. The company has its own production area from which it draws it products so it can actually show prospective buyers where and how the product is grown. All products that are purchased from our extensive grower network are closely monitored and analysed for quality and customer specification requirements.

Based at Mallanganee in Northern New South Wales, Australia it is situated in the hub of the majority of all soybean production in Australia. The company produces a variety of protein based products that are suited to the local bakery trade right through to export markets throughout the World.

The company’s factory produces a range of organic products but also has the ability to handle conventional product if a customer requests. The factory has a number of different processes that provide high quality products for a range of customers throughout the food grade and livestock industries.

The company has 5000 TN storage of state of the art quality which is monitored on a daily basis to check the quality of the products stored is kept to customer’s requirements.
